Change up your workouts. Research has shown that varying your reps, strength, and exercises are the best mix for increasing muscle bulk. Our bodies are superb at adapting to exercises, and they must be shocked by changing up the exercises in order to achieve the most perfect growth.

Don't forget to go to the gym with a chum when you're working on building up your muscles. If you try to do so alone, it's possible that you put yourself into a tricky situation, particularly when using free weights. This can lead to serious injuries or incisions.
